I had been considering a breast augmentation for 10+ years and after a bad experience with another company came across Adam’s website online. I was really impressed with the professionalism and information provided on his website, as well as all of the positive 5* reviews on multiple platforms and therefore decided to enquire. Adam’s secretary Claire was so welcoming and provided me with all of the necessary information, although I was still unsure on pursuing the surgery, I immediately felt reassured and that I would be receiving the best level of care - she is truly a credit to Adam! Upon meeting Adam, I soon realised that not only was he extremely knowledgable in his field but also extremely down to earth and genuine. I immediately felt comfortable in his presence, and knew that if I was to pursue the surgery then he was the right surgeon for me. I met with Adam on two occasions prior to my surgery, and found the process very efficient which helped with the overall decision making process. It is easy to be influenced by information online or by other patients, but I am so pleased that I trusted Adams opinion and expertise. The care that I received on the day of my surgery and over night at Nuffield Bournemouth was nothing short of amazing. Adam discussed everything with me in detail and I can honestly say that my recovery process exceeded all expectations. This is honestly THE best decision that I have ever made, in fact I wish I had found Adam and pursued this surgery 10 years ago. To anyone reading this or considering breast augmentation with Adam, I promise that it will be the best decision you ever make.

I would highly recommend Mr Sawyer. A consultant who listens to you and manages your expectations in a friendly, down to earth manner. Mr Sawyer had great reviews from previous patients which is what made me choose him for my breast augmentation. He was very knowledgeable and professional and explained the procedure and possible complications well, providing written information and taking me through a short powerpoint presentation too. He also uses Crisalix platform which can show you 3D images of how you will look with the various recommended implant size options. He has a warm, friendly manner and a good sense of humour which put me at ease for the appointments when I had been feeling anxious. The surgery itself went really well and I had a fantastic experience at Spire hospital with great care. The anaesthetist was also really friendly and knowledgeable and again, eased my anxiety with the whole process. What really struck me was the views of the nursing staff in theatre, on the ward and in outpatients. They were all extremely positive about Mr Sawyer, his work, communication and how he treats both patients and staff.
